Commercial Damages
In commercial damage cases, we analyze the cause and effect of losses from an impairment or destruction of a business. We then construct financial models to develop a fair determination of losses sustained. Knowing that the key to successful resolution of contract and other disputes is a thorough understanding of the financial implications surrounding the dispute, we provide financial and statistical analyses of the disputed issues, develop "what-if" analyses, perform market studies of current and prospective trends and competition and evaluate fixed and variable expenses as well as incremental out-of-pocket costs.

Investigative Services
We have investigated suspicious or fraudulent insurance claims, employee/white collar crime and theft of proprietary information. As Certified Fraud Examiners, we are retained by government investigative agencies, corporations and private concerns to take statements, gather and assemble evidence, write reports and testify regarding our findings and prevent and detect fraud through evaluation of internal controls. In addition, we employ various audit and examination techniques to identify and track the secret movement of funds in fraud, corruption and money laundering schemes.

Securities Litigation
When allegations of improper account trading or investment advice surface, we provide the detailed analyses necessary to support or refute such claims. Having analyzed both account activity and investment performance on behalf of both plaintiff and defendant clients, we have a proven record of determining valid turnover ratios, projecting reasonable investment earnings under assumed investment policies as well as determining commissions earned by the investment broker. We compare these broker commissions to overall account earnings, determine realized and unrealized gains/losses on both individual investments, and the account as a whole.
